Healthcare can feel overwhelming. I help you organize the information, prepare your questions, understand next steps — and feel less alone through it all.
You shouldn't have to be a medical expert
to take care of someone you love.
I help you exhale, organize, and move forward — with clarity.
Whether you're preparing for an appointment, recovering from a hospital stay, or organizing care for a parent — there's a place to start.
We organize your symptoms, concerns, medications, and priority questions before your visit — so you walk in calm, ready, and able to be heard.
We translate what just happened into plain language, organize the instructions, and create a simple, prioritized next-step plan you can actually follow.
A complete reset for your medical world: medications, providers, history, appointments, records, and questions — gathered into one calm, accessible system.
I track the moving pieces — referrals, follow-ups, specialist communication, next steps — so nothing important falls between providers or appointments.
I turn complicated medical updates into clear, calm summaries for siblings, partners, and adult children — so the whole family stays on the same page.
Lost in the system? Together we map the route — what to ask, who to call, where to start, and how to advocate confidently for the care you deserve.
I'm a Registered Nurse who created Care Clarity after years of watching patients and families struggle to navigate a healthcare system that often feels overwhelming, fragmented, and difficult to make sense of.
People are expected to manage appointments, referrals, medications, portal messages, follow-up instructions, paperwork, and difficult decisions — often while already stressed, exhausted, or caring for someone they love.
“There should be someone helping people through this.”
That’s why Care Clarity exists.
Care Clarity provides nurse-guided healthcare navigation and care organization for individuals and families who need support understanding and managing the moving pieces of healthcare.
I help clients:
• Understand medical information and next steps
• Organize care, appointments, and follow-ups
• Prepare for important conversations with providers
• Track details that become overwhelming
• Navigate complex healthcare systems with more confidence and less stress
My role is not bedside nursing or medical treatment. It’s thoughtful, organized guidance from someone who understands both healthcare and the emotional weight that often comes with it.
Sometimes people don’t need more information. They need clarity, structure, guidance, and someone who can help them slow things down enough to process what’s happening.
Because clarity is care.
"I came in scrambling and left with a binder, a plan, and the first deep breath I'd taken in weeks. My mom's care finally feels manageable."
"Dita walked me through what my specialist actually said — without making me feel small for not understanding. I went into my next appointment prepared and confident."
No. Care Clarity is education, organization, preparation, and navigation support — not diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care. I help you understand and act on what your providers tell you. I never replace them.
I work with clients virtually — by video and phone — so we can support you wherever you are. This isn't private duty nursing or in-person bedside care; it's calm, structured guidance that fits into a busy life.
Care Clarity is private-pay. That keeps the work focused entirely on you — not on insurance limitations or documentation requirements — and protects your privacy. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds; I'm happy to discuss on the intro call.
Adult children caring for aging parents. People newly diagnosed with chronic conditions. Families recovering from a hospitalization. Busy professionals managing their own or a loved one's care. Anyone who feels overwhelmed by the system and wants a calm, capable guide in their corner.
We spend 15 minutes talking about what's overwhelming you right now. I listen, ask a few clarifying questions, and recommend a starting point — whether that's a single appointment-prep session or a fuller care-organization package. No pressure to commit.
